The Ginger Bread City

Chef Direct 2U constructs the worlds most detailed Ginger Bread Villages complete with mountains made out of Royal Icing and houses and figures detailed with ginger bread.

The largest we have created was over 12000 pounds of ginger bread, royal icing and hard candy. With a height of 36 feet and a width of 58 feet and completed with 3 running trains and 18 ginger bread houses some as big as six feet high, it was a grand treat for young and old. We are already scheduled for two huge sets for the up coming holiday.
