Menu Development
We will take your kitchen lay out and project concept and create a menu based on both
your needs as well as what you can actually do in that outlet. We can also help you
develop your own concept or ideas into a working menu. The best time to plan a menu
is before the operation has been equipped. This will save you from buying equipment
that you will not use or need.
Menu or System Implementation
After your menu and concept is developed and tested, support material will be finalized.
At that time our chefs will begin the installation process. Any systems developed for
your outlets will be handled in the same manner.
Food and Beverage Tracking Systems/Profit and Loss Control
We develop daily, monthly and yearly tracking programs that are user friendly and designed
for todays average hospitality employee. Declining balance log and ledger programs
for budgeting and cost control, labor and food cost programs can also be
provided.
In House Training/Restructuring Chefs and F&B Managers
One or more of Chef Direct 2U Chef/Managers will come to your project site and work
with your existing crew (or new hire) to improve standards, performance, consistency
and annual profit.

We do site inspections to give your locations another look from the outside.
We also do shopper visits with detailed reports on service, food and property
condition.
Serve Safe/HACCP Training
We provide on site training for your hourly staff and managers on Serve Safe and
the HACCP program with certificate earned after educational classes and testing are
completed.
Personal/Private Chef Services
Our chefs are available to help make your party or event something special. Chef
Patrick has personally handled meals or banquets for three former U.S. presidents,
the LA Lakers, Shaq, Julio Iglesias, BB King, Robert Cray and many other
