Chef Direct 2U just signed a deal with R&R Hotels to represent all the companies Food and Beverage facilities at all their corporate properties.

Chef Direct 2U has acquired Propsters.com as a full partner and sole owner. This project will be headed up by Artist JT Thomas of Reno Nevada, a national acclaimed artist.

In October 2002, Hotel Business and Hotel Journal Magazines headlined R&R recent projects focusing in on the existing and up coming military base conversions. The current project at McClellan Park is a 2300 acre Business Park with a full service hotel and catering operation sitting on 30 acres. ChefDirect2U signs a long term deal with R&R Hotels Global which controls over 100 billion in hotel assets. ChefDirect2u is now under agreement with the United States top energy companies assisting them with Disaster Relief Base Feeding Camps in the Mid-West during Hurricanes, Floods, Freezes and Tornadoes feeding over 3000 meals three times a day to the Linemen and Tree Trimmers in the field. These camps are in the open at sites where temporary sleeping, feeding and rest stations are located. Weather out of our mobile kitchens or tents we feed the people affected by these disasters. Hurricane Katrina, Hugo and so many more have made it work with our assistance.
