I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your efforts in helping me coordinate culinary internships for our chefs at some of the great Resorts and Restaurants in Las Vegas. It would have been a difficult task without your able assistance and influence in the Las Vegas market.

I certainly will never forget our visit to the REO, Monte Carlo, Mirage and Caesars Palace resorts. The operations speak for themselves. I would also like to send my personal thanks for helping us with the LA Lakers and all the specials needs they had in the playoffs. I understand Shak and Kobe each gave you a signed ball. Wow! I would also like to recognize your leadership in organizing culinary training for the Marriott Hotels in Utah. I appreciate your efforts on behalf of Western Regional Culinary Counsel as well as the Utah Region.
